[edit]Hello. It is described that S. sobrinus converts glucose to lactic acid.
Is glucose the only sugar this bacteria metabolises? Is lactic acid the only acid excreted by this bacteria? RhinoMind (talk) 13:57, 9 August 2015 (UTC)
