does "ownership" of a section of this path also include assuming liability? I'd hate to dontate to a park to end up being sued by a rollerblader who fell on my inch.

No, it was just a fundraiser, so people could say that they "owned part of the path". All reliability falls on the town of Stowe as the builders. Bmrbarre 13:39, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
