Sorry that you've had to wait so long on this one. I have a fair bit of experience working on articles discussing new religious movements, so I'll give this one a review for you. All the best, Midnightblueowl (talk) 18:54, 17 November 2013 (UTC)
Because this article is clearly excellent in most respects, I shall forego the usual use of a GA checklist, and just highlight a few points where I believe it should be improved prior to receiving its GA status:
- You *must* ensure that it made clear in your introduction that the events being described are taking place in the U.S. and that the author is American. Wikipedia is read and contributed to by people all over the world, and it is very noticeable that there is a bit of a U.S.-centric bias that seems into a lot of articles.
- The second paragraph in the lead states that this took place in Utah. Does it need to be specified in the first paragraph? --1ST7 (talk) 21:38, 17 November 2013 (UTC)
- The "Double Image" template is currently under threat of being deleted; maybe you could replace it with {{Multiple Image}}

- Maybe in the "Background" section we should include a very brief explanation of what the FLDS actually is, i.e. "a Christian sect based on..." etc. Not essential, but I think it would improve the readers' experience.

- Add a link to Book of Mormon, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Most Wanted List.

- We rely too heavily on direct quoting. For instance, one paragraph states: "Warren Jeffs' prison life was tumultuous, and in August 2008, it was reported that "Jeffs was flown to hospital by helicopter suffering convulsions because he had repeatedly banged his head against the walls of his prison cell. He had also tried to hang himself, and developed festering sores on his knees after days of praying non-stop in solitary confinement in Utah's Purgatory Correctional Facility."" This whole thing could be rephrased without recourse to direct quotes, and this would be preferable given Wikipedia's policies on the subject.

Let me know when these revisions have been made. Midnightblueowl (talk) 19:14, 17 November 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you very much for reviewing this. I'll get started on fixing the issues you mentioned. --1ST7 (talk) 21:29, 17 November 2013 (UTC)
- No worries, I'm sorry that it took so long, but such is the nature of the Wikipedia GAR system. I've made a few more alterations to the introduction, but other than that am happy to pass this as a Good Article. Well done! Midnightblueowl (talk) 19:21, 19 November 2013 (UTC)

television movie, Outlaw Prophet: Warren Jeffs
[edit]Joey King#Television says she played Elissa Wall in a 2014 television movie, Outlaw Prophet: Warren Jeffs, if someone more ambitious than i am right now wants to find reliable sources to cite.
