Ref 1 doesn't show a publication date. Same thing for Refs 2 and 3. Ref 2 is dead, so could you please archive the refs that are dead? Ref 6 has no publication date shown. Refs 10, 12, and 19 don't show publication dates. I did all of the refs which had publication dates in them.
