This is S. Calabresi, not Guido (his relative). The co-author of Unitary Executive is Christopher Yoo, not John Yoo. See eg Harper's interview of Calabresi.130.91.147.113 (talk) —Preceding undated comment was added at 13:18, 6 February 2009 (UTC).
Omitted facts
[edit]No mention in the article, but only in a footnote you have to look for,of the fact that Steven Calabresi called the Mueller investigation unconstitutional. Furthermore, he has just called the appointment of Jack Smith unconstitutional.
