I'll give this a review shortly. Wizardman 00:01, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Everything checks out in regards to the sourcing and the images. Prose review ideally will come sometime today. Wizardman 16:04, 13 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A heads up, I may take a short break from Wikipedia for a few days, but I'll definitely be back sometime next week and addressing any concerns with this review will be my first order of business. Lizard (talk) 17:28, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Not a problem, since it looks like i'll be postponing the review until this weekend (i seem to have way less time for the site than I used to, it's an odd feeling) Wizardman 02:20, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, here's what I found on a prose review:

  • "Greasy Neal " Neale
  • "Getting nitpicky perhaps, but is there a better way to note the location of the Phoenix Steelers rather than having the (PA) in the middle there?

That's all I found. Article on hold, then I'll pass it but also give some suggestions on a possible FAC run, since I found as few issues as I did. Wizardman 16:20, 19 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Looks good. As for suggestions moving on, it feels like any marquee games are mostly cast aside in favor of the bigger picture. That's not a bad thing, but if there were any other significant games of note in his career (namely for rushing numbers, since you hit the returner stuff pretty well), it might be worth it to add in, since I think there's wiggle room before the article becomes stat-heavy. That's honestly all I can think of, I'll pass it as a GA and would consider a support at FA as well, for that matter. Wizardman 14:40, 20 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Interesting. I felt this was one of my best, but I actually worried it was too stat heavy. About halfway through, I started consciously laying off the stats. I left game-level details to the championships, since stepping up in big games is a large part of his legacy. Lizard (talk) 18:09, 20 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
