According to wikipedia policy, whoever places the conflict of interest template should: "Like the other neutrality-related tags, if you place this tag, you should promptly start a discussion on the article's talk page to explain what is non-neutral about the article." The article needs serious pruning to make it more like an encyclopedia article and less like a magazine profile. It contains excessive quotes from Rushin and relies heavily on sources written by Rushin. I'll leave the tag for a bit then clean it up if nobody else gets to it.
