Questionable Neutrality and Potentially Libelous
[edit]Reading this page, all of the facts are selected to support one party, the Police Officer that shot Mr. Foley. This is inconsistent with the Court Action awarding Mr. Foley $5.5 million in damages. This cherry picking of facts may lack neutrality and may be libelous to Mr. Foley. This article should be re-written or expanded to offer a more balanced selection of facts, including facts supportive of the Court Action in this case.
So what has happened?

[edit]Is there any update on the case, I have searched the news archives, but I can't determine where the lawsuit stands, or what Gaut was sentenced to. Fsu23phd 16:27, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
