I am trying to build this article from scratch about this acclaimed historian, whom I was disappointed to see did not already have an article on Wikipedia. I based the beginning on a standard biographical description that I encountered in multiple locations on-line (hence this is likely why there the CorenSearchBot flagged it), which led me to believe that this text was not copyrighted material, but a public thumbnail biography. I have since been working to determine the names of specific fellowships and works and wikify it. I will also be going through Wikipedia and adding links to this page. As I said, I was really surprised to find he was not already in Wikipedia. Ogram (talk) 15:33, 21 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I have added a significant portion of the article to describe the scholarly work and publications Nissenbaum did with Paul Boyer on the subject of the Salem witchcraft trials, for which he is best known, and which work revolutionized teaching in the 1970s in the field of History.
