When comparing the English site for steam accumulator and the connected German site for Fernwärmespeicher, they seem to talk about different systems (although they show the same picture). In particular, the German site talks about unpressurized hot water storage systems coupled to a district heating network, whereas steam accumulators are an industrial technology to deliver peak process steam and are definitely pressurized. In the English site, I believe the picture is wrong; that does not seem to be a pressurized system. Also the description "District heating steam accumulator tower" seems incorrect as steam is not normally used in residential district heating.
