I agree. The article was not worthy of Wikipedia. Still, the term Stealth Inflation is so frequently used that a Wikipedia page to clarify the different concepts and levels of analysis would be useful. Thirteen years after your observation, I took the scissors and cut unreferenced and biased phrases, tables that look like original research, references that are promotional. I am left with a stub.
