Graph for Super Tuesday States
[edit]It would be nice to have a section that has a graph for aggregated polls from all Super Tuesday states (similar to the one for the 4 early states) as this is an important part of the primary process.
Apologies if this is the wrong place to make a suggestion like this, I'm new to this. --Jawlecks (talk) 17:04, 1 February 2020 (UTC)
- I think it's a very good idea. We just need to see if there's aggregate polling for all the Super Tuesday states Maxmalho (talk) 14:57, 17 February 2020 (UTC)
- It looks like there's seven Morning Consult polls that include Super Tuesday states so far. I don't know how to make graphs yet (I'll try), but I went ahead and found all the polling sources on the Wayback machine. Here's Morning Consult polls from 2020 that contain polling specifically for Super Tuesday states as a group for January 7th, January 14th, January 22, January 28th, February 3rd, February 11th, and February 19th. - Using this beautiful information above, I have made a graph. Unfortunately, I can't figure out why the bottom starts at 2 instead of 0, but other than that it looks good.

Graphs are unavailable due to technical issues. Updates on reimplementing the Graph extension, which will be known as the Chart extension, can be found on Phabricator and on MediaWiki.org. |

- First draft of an introduction/section explanation: "The following graph depicts the evolution of the standing of each candidate in the March 3rd, 2020 Super Tuesday states (Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Virginia) since January 7th, 2020. Data source is the Morning Consult." Leftist Commentary (talk) 18:25, 20 February 2020 (UTC)
- I have added the graph. WittyRecluse (talk) 22:52, 23 February 2020 (UTC)

New Pennsylvania,Michigan and Wisconsin Polls
[edit]can someone add the YouGov polls that came out today.Alhanuty (talk) 17:55, 23 February 2020 (UTC)
Can you add the new Arkansas poll.Alhanuty (talk) 03:52, 28 February 2020 (UTC)
- None of the major polling aggregators are picking this one up, and I can't find any indication of this "OurProgress" as a legitimate polling firm. If a major aggregator takes it seriously I will add it, but not at present.Gambling8nt (talk) 06:27, 28 February 2020 (UTC)
Possible polling map
[edit]In the last presidential primary season, I was involved in updating a map that summarized the statewide polling. I have uploaded a similar map for this race, and wanted to discuss it here before adding it to the article. This map was prepared using the following guidelines: 1) striped shading shows ties if one candidate is within 2x the margin of error of the leader, since the margin of error is applied to both candidates, and 2) combined results from the latest polls may be used if they have overlapping date ranges. I think other aspects of the map are clear from the legend. --Spiffy sperry (talk) 20:45, 14 March 2020 (UTC)
