Merge with United States Senate

Purpose?
[edit]Is there any reason this article shouldn't be deleted? It has one source that doesn't seem to support the proposition it is meant to. It does not seem to provide any information that isn't or couldn't be provided at State legislature (United States). -Rrius (talk) 23:59, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
Still obselete
[edit]8 years later and the article should really be deleted. It doesn't even have (U.S) in it's title as if America is the default. There are other countries with states that have an upper house? All of its information is found elsewhere. -VN28 17 Feb 2021
