The name

The Mamluks used the name Turkey. But the claim It was the first state with the name of Turkey or Türkiye in the history is not exact. Although Türkiye as a name of the country was not used by the Turks, Turk budun had already been used by the Turkic Khaganate (6th-8th centuries). Identifying reliable sources

An essay in the newspaper Türkiye Gazetesi is not reliable source for articles related with historical topic.

A news on the website of the Türk Ocakları about a speech of Zeki Palalı, who is the chief physician of Hayat Hospital, is not reliable source for artilces related with histrical topic.
