Hi, everyone. I've basically rewritten this article, and made it more than six times longer. Please look it over and change anything you don't like. I am having great trouble finding online sources (perhaps partly because it was published in 1989), so the article is light on references. - Richard Cavell (talk) 12:01, 13 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
