East Slavic diminuatives

In Belarusian, Ukrainian and Russian the diminuative can be spelled as Stac or even Ctac? Is this a matter of romanization (transliteration) rather than variations in the languages in the native writing? This statement isn't clear. TomS TDotO (talk) 11:17, 15 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
