I notice this article is under threat of deletion due to lack of notability. I don't know how to enter into discussion about this, so this may be the wrong place. However, i would say this should be kept because there's a lot of confusion between this building and the Stanford Hall in Lutterworth, which is notable due to its use as a venue, and if this article is deleted it may lead to confusion for people who are looking for the other one.

Future Development...

I read that there is going to be a development of a Retirement village in the grounds! what a shame since they are beautiful!! surely they cant be developing close to the hall as that would be a tragic mistake, which would spoil the setting!

who owns it today? I would be interested in visiting if they have open days??

Wine auction

Not worthy of comment in the main article, but perhaps of passing interest to researchers, is an auction, by Messrs. Christie, Manson & Woods, starting on 28 June 1900, “Of The Cellar of Wines (Of about 900 Dozens) of Richard Ratcliff, Esq., Deceased; late of Stanford Hall, Loughborough”. My picture #20404.
