Merger discussion

[edit]

Disambiguation shouldn't be in the title of the article. Stalwart should be the disambig page. The definition of Stalwart should have a page of a different name. --JAYMEDINC 19:38, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose

[edit]

I'm inclined to leave it. Stalwart currently refers to a (rather important) faction of the U.S. Republican Party in the 19th century. That seems more important to me than individual ships, unless one of these ships is a lot more important than I know about. - Jmabel | Talk 18:32, 14 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Neutral/Other

[edit]

I removed the merge tag, since it had been here for 7 months with no particular movement towards either doing the merge (or rename? I'm not 100% sure what was being proposed), or abandoning it. I'm inclined to agree with Jmabel (talk · contribs) that the political party has the strongest claim on the term, but I don't really care much as long as everything got fixed up after any move (so links go to the right page and so on). Stalwart F.C.

[edit]

Either Stalwart F.C. is notable enough to deserve a link or not notable enough to list here. - Jmabel | Talk 18:21, 14 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
