One Way Traffic Only?

This article starts: "The Saint Lawrence Seaway (French: la Voie Maritime du Saint-Laurent) is a system of locks, canals and channels in Canada and the United States that permit ocean-going vessels to travel from the Atlantic Ocean to the Great Lakes of North America..." Hopefully, vessels can also go the opposite direction also, otherwise can imagine there will be a bit of a problem eventually.

Expansion Proposal

This section mentions some very specific items with out providing any references. Is there any info out there that indicates that this is real. Or should it be deleted?? Cpfan776 (talk) 17:46, 23 July 2017 (UTC)

I continue to be unable to find any references for the expansion. There are several stories from 2011 and later that indicate that the plans have been scrapped. https://www.thestar.com/sports/football/2011/08/16/hope_sinks_for_seaway_expansion.html
