The article on Srimati Lal is not 'an orphan'; it bears clear linkages to other articles, eg. the page on P. Lal in Wikipedia, http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Purushottama_Lal , the page on Writers Workshop, http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Writers_Workshop , and its references to other significant Indo-Anglian writers and contemporary Indian artists who should be page-linked. Kindly make the time to remove this 'orphan' status and amend this.
The article on Srimati Lal contains links to at least six articles provided as references: as well as cites the ISBNs of a majority of the books cited -- hence this article should not be described as "an orphan with no other articles linking to it." Plenty of referential requirements are incorporated. 182.68.242.207 (talk) 17:28, 3 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
ISBN's of the books referred to are clearly given. Please note: where Art Gallery Catalogs are cited, ISBN's do not apply, as Gallery Publications do not necessarily bear ISBN numbers. 182.68.242.207 (talk) 17:30, 3 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, technically it's not an orphan (I've also added her to the List of Indian artists). The 'links to other articles' means internal wikilinks to other Wikipedia articles (I've added a few). The article needs inline citations to back up some of the more extreme claims (or they will be removed). Sionk (talk) 23:33, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
