All the world's America

[edit]

Despite ridiculous attempts to globalize this article, spring break (in the sense of college students getting drunk and having sex in the spring vacation) is an almost exclusively American concept. The attempts to link it to other spring traditions in the rest of the world are misleading and preposterous. There's nothing wrong with having an article on SB in the US, but it shouldn't pretend that this is a global phenomenon, which it certainly isn't. Ef80 (talk) 20:30, 4 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed. This may be a start-class article but it is still profoundly misinformed. This US usage of the term "Spring Break" has no relevance beyond its borders. 2A00:23C7:B513:E301:E8DC:CD3A:942B:DA87 (talk) 07:31, 17 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
