[edit]Tippri - A team sport played on the festive occasion of Vamana Dwadashi on the streets, predominantly in the current city of Patiala. The base of the sport is that each participating team member holds two sticks (similar to Dandiya sticks), in each of their hands, one attached with the rope to the centric top of the circle that they play in. They move around in a rotating coupling fashion to entangle the complete elongated ropes in the center, and then disentangle by performing in the reverse fashion. Reference for the play can be found here and here and here. Local News Coverage here. 2409:4055:2E97:45E0:AC52:8F05:E7CB:D847 (talk) 00:23, 8 May 2020 (UTC) AS
@2409:4055:2E97:45E0:AC52:8F05:E7CB:D847: Thanks. I have added a section but referred to Tipri being a dance too. I have already written an article on Tipri dance (Punjab). (Malikhpur) 07:36, 08 May 2020 (UTC
