Article needs expanding

[edit]

The article needs expanding, so that notability can be demonstrated. Possible headings are:

  • History
    • Origins
    • Organisational development
  • Organisation
    • Group structure
    • Governance
    • Funding
  • Activities

The important thing with Wikipedia (WP) is that material is referenced. It's best if if it's an external reference and not from the Spokes website. Adding citations is easiest when you use the 'cite' tool. In order to do so, you need to do the following:

  • Get yourself a user account on WP (you can edit articles without an account, but I doubt that you could do the next steps without one)
  • Go to 'my preference' (top right of the screen)
  • Go to the 'Gadgets' tab
  • Adding a check mark to 'refTools' adds a 'cite' button to the editing toolbar for quick and easy addition of commonly used citation templates.

When done and when you are editing an article, just place the insertion point where you want to add the citation, click the 'CITE' button, and paste in the URL, article name, author, etc. Should be easy enough.

And if you are not 100% sure what you are doing, do it anyway and some other editor will come along and tidy it up, and possibly leave a message on your talk page with guidance what you should have done differently. Schwede66 22:27, 22 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
