Threatened status

I included some information on the barrow island subspecies - whose status is vunerable. Someone familiar with taxoboxes might know how, or if, this should be included there. Fred 20:12, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

is it still "near-threatened"?

The statements "... the mainland subspecies was once regarded as a near-threatened status. The population of the species is in decline ..." are ambiguous. Is it still "near-threatened" but closer to threatened? Is it in another category? --Richardson mcphillips (talk) 02:58, 24 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
