Title and notability

@Oooh.oooh Thank you for your edits. The topic is now much better defined. Nevertheless, I am not convinced that the issues have been solved. I think the article has three problems: the title, the notability and the orphanage. The title Spanish Trainees has no direct relation to the scholarship programme of CDTI. Can you think of a better title? Second, for the notability it is necessary to provide references to independent, substantive coverage. The article does not provide any. Do you know of any? Third, the article does not have incoming links and is therefore an orphan. Would you be able to identify other articles in which it would make sense to have a reference to these Becas?
