This is in good shape. I have a few comments:

given the specific sea trial speed for this ship isn't known, perhaps it would be best to just use her designed speed in the infobox?
- Infobox data is for Gnevny

not sure where the range figure in the infobox comes from? Is it an average? Perhaps better to either use the range or the lower range?

could you drop the .0 from the 21.0 in conversions?
