[edit]

I'm due to be married to my fiance May 21, 2007. However due to prison guidelines I'm not able to wear awedding dress or him a suite. Can you please explain if all this is being paid through us, why deprive me of my wedding day? If still no real reason what can him or I wear that would at least look nice on that day. I would rather he not have to wear the prison gear.

Sincerely

This isn't the prison website, it's an encyclopedia, so I'm afraid that it's unlikely anyone here will be able to answer your question. Your best bet is to contact those in charge at the prison. All the best. Fourohfour 14:41, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Names?

[edit]

Presumably "Souza-Baranowski" is a pair of names. Who were they?

Correctional Officers James Souza and Alfred Baranowski were murdered during a hostage taking and attempted escape at MCI Norfolk on July 1, 1972. An inmate's wife smuggled a gun into the prison; her husband shot and killed her as well as the two COs, then committed suicide when his escape attempt failed.
