Too many primary sources & potential original research
[edit]I've just tagged this article as excessively (or solely?) relying on primary sources and potentially containing original research. Significant portions of this article are uncited (including the entire lead) and seem to be expounding on or summarizing primary research by key figures in the field. To improve the quality of this article it should use secondary or tertiary sources and not directly try to interpret primary sources. StereoFolic (talk) 16:37, 14 April 2023 (UTC)
Audiology

Period of expansion - when?
[edit]I like the context given re: the field's earlier eurocentrism, but "currently in a period of expansion" is confusing considering this is an encyclopedia article and there is no point in time / citation provided to ground this claim. Quiltlover1997 (talk) 19:23, 17 December 2024 (UTC)
