Works

[edit]

Previous table of contents sections 2 to 7 entirely:

2 Poetry
3 Children's books
4 Fiction [ three works are listed at the top, in subsection 4.0 so to speak ]
— 4.1 The Waterhouse and Zailer series
— 4.2 Hercule Poirot
5 Short story collections
6 Horror
7 Translation

All that I recast as section 2 Works (not Books or Published books as Poetry includes two "limited edition pamphlet"). What is the principle of selection?

  • Old secs 3, 7 => now 2.1 For young children (as that describes both so-called children's books and both Translation)
  • Old sec 2 => now 2.2 Poetry
  • Old secs 4, 5, 6 => now 2.3 Fiction (no change except heading levels, use of parentheses, and publisher linkage/abbreviation)

2.3 Fiction comprises three top listings, section 4.0 as it were, as well as the four subsecs 2.3.1 to 2.3.4 (former 4.1, 4.2, 5, 6). That may be improved easily by anyone who knows the fictions. For a start, which are Crime fiction?

I added only one new listing, a third "new verse translation" of Tove Jansson Moomin picture books, now under 2.1 For young children. --P64 (talk) 19:25, 16 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
