Source for her holding an office

An official source has yet to be provided for Sophie Trudeau occupying any office, let alone one called "Spouse of the Prime Minister of Canada". Given the remarks in the last edit summary by Patar knight, the claim Trudeau occupies an unofficial office seems to be based on the misconception Sophie Trudeau's "position" is equivalent to that of the First Lady of the United States. It is not, as is clearly outlined in the article Spouse of the Prime Minister of Canada. Use of the template on other articles on spouses of prime ministers aren't justification, either; multiple and/or long-lasting wrongs don't make a right. If we're going to follow example, the viceregal consorts are the correct precedent to look at; none of the bios of spouses of governors general use the officeholder infobox, and they outrank the spouse of the prime minister. -- MIESIANIACAL 20:00, 10 June 2017 (UTC)

Your changing it from an office infobox to a person infobox is appropriate. This should be done for all the spouses of the Canadian prime ministers. GoodDay (talk) 20:23, 10 June 2017 (UTC)
