    Short and sweet article. I'll pass this once the below issues are addressed.


Comments:

  • This was the island nation's second time .... following their debut four years earlier. "four years earlier" is currently a piped link to 1984 Summer Olympics. Given this refers specifically to Solomon Islands' debut, I think readers would be expecting to be directed to Solomon Islands at the 1984 Summer Olympics instead.
  • In his three attempts ... making his final mark for that portion 85 kilograms, and in 24th place.
    • Missing comma after "In his three attempts"
    • "and in 24th place" doesn't sound right to me. Perhaps replace with "which put him in 24th place" or "putting him in 24th place".
  • In his third attempt ... and in 22nd place.
    • Replace "and in 22nd place" as well
