This page is no different from entries for other software such as Fantasico or CPanel. I do not see why it should be not allowed since it is factual.

Take a look at your own example: cPanel, note the References section. Fantastico (web hosting) has some of the same problems as Softaculous. The question is "is Fantasico notable?" I would say no, if no sources can be found since 2011.
On Wikipedia, notability is a test used by editors to decide whether a topic can have its own article. Information on Wikipedia must be verifiable; if no reliable third-party sources can be found on a topic, then it should not have a separate article.R00m c (talk) 06:01, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

BUT there is a true mistake with the link "French" language : it goes towards "Fantasico"....
