The People (1891) → The People (1891–2008) – In my limited experience, a single year in the title of an article about a publication would mean either that the publication has continued to exist since that year (which is not the case here) or that the publication existed only briefly within a single year (also not the case here). —⁠ ⁠BarrelProof (talk) 20:41, 30 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
