We need a better Social Value Page

I ran a workshop recently all about social value and was horrified that there was not a well researched definition page on social value.

This page is a disambiguation page that points to:

https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Public_Services_(Social_Value)_Act_2012 and to https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Value_(ethics_and_social_sciences)

Bot are interesting and relevant but miss the major definition part of Social Value.

I am going to start a project to bring together a draft to propose replacing the main page or at least having a social_value_(definition) page.

I would welcome your thoughts please as I am a newbie when it comes to creation so could use some help.
