Strange wording on Alessandra/Fini split

[edit]

This article makes it sound like Alessandra's problem with Fini was something to do with the fact his comment was made in Israel and apologising for the alliance with Germany. Reports such as the New York Times say that Alessandra's actual problem with Fini was that she took his derisory comments of her grandfather as "absolute evil" as a personal attack on her family name and thus her as well.[1]

Alessandra has always sought to distance herself from any of the wrongs done to the Jewish people because of Hitler leaning on Italy, she has before visited Israel herself and once said "the entire world should beg forgiveness of Israel" in an interview with Haaretz the oldest Israeli newspaper.[2] The wording looks like communist/red propaganda to try and paint her as anti-semitic or anti-Israel, when she has never once suggest such a thing and as the interview source shows, has actually said the exact opposite of that sentiment. - Gennarous (talk) 01:10, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
