Members
[edit]The members list is full of lies. 143.44.71.255 (talk) 15:53, 12 June 2009 (UTC)
How so? 81.104.9.215 (talk) 07:23, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
Why is DJ Syndicate not mentioned in the members list? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nick6976 (talk • contribs) 08:46, 4 June 2020 (UTC)
- @Nick6976: Is there a reliable source that mentions him as a member? Madbrad200 (talk)
I can supply a picture of the platinum album and plaques he was provided with after the success of 21 seconds - I'm sure if there is a way for Harvey and others to e-mail in, I'm sure he can arrange that too. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nick6976 (talk • contribs) 15:07, 9 June 2020 (UTC)

Top twenty murderers?!
[edit]Searching for "top twenty murderers" on google only brings up this page and the various mirrors of it, so as amusing as the idea is, I think it's crap. I'll delete it unless someone can find some proof for the claim! Sven945 12:53, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
Red links
[edit]i have just removed all red links from this page. red links are where a word links to a page that does not exist. if you check wikipedia guidelines, it discourages red links, hence my removal. it's better to have a page with less links rather than a page full of red links. the fact that whoever made this page and created all these red links, thinks that every member has a wikipedia page, is ridiculous. also, why link a name, and not check where it goes? half the blue links went to pages that had absolutely nothing to do with the crew member/song/album/whatever - for example The Twins links to a disambiguation page with no mention of this crew member(s). very poor editing on their part. also, the Mr C linked to Mr C of the shamen, and i don't think he was ever a so solid crew member. it's not mentioned on his page, but if it's true, please updated his page and this one. 194.221.133.211 (talk) 14:07, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
Protection?
[edit]Do people think this page may need to be put under some kind of protection? The member list is constantly being vanadlised. Quoth 31 (talk) 12:55, 9 July 2009 (UTC)
Attack
[edit]This page reads like an idiot is just using it to take a pop at them, saying that their belief that the government is prejudiced towards them is laughable because of the many crimes they have purported.
Going to cut it out now, but we'll need some actual content to fill it in.--Dark wingstalker (talk) 11:44, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
Actually, I read the citation, and it's all in there. Naughty rappers. --Dark wingstalker (talk) 11:44, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
Members (MCs, DJs, Vocalists, Producers, Kids)
[edit]The member lists seem to take up a disproportionate amount of space, and don't appear to add anything to the article (those with links to Wikipedia articles are already mentioned in the text). They have been the subject of much vandalism (as noted above). I have edited them back to match the band's website http://www.sosolid.co.uk/ However I propose that the ist be deleted. Does anyone have any objections to this? Canthusus (talk) 11:54, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
- Keep the current members in the userbox and change the list to "Previous members". Problem solved. Thanks ツ Jenova20 (email) 10:12, 17 August 2012 (UTC)
Junction Boys?
[edit]On episode 3 of the BBC programme The Noughties (about 13 minutes in), Dane Baptiste claims that the crew were originally called Junction Boys, due to the fact that they were from the Clapham Junction area. Can anyone verify this? ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 11:04, 12 November 2020 (UTC)
- Junction Boys was a prominent South London gang based in Battersea[1]. Given the amount of members of So Solid, the estates they came from[2] - it doesn't surprise me at all if members were associated with Junction Boys. Dane seems to be implying they used the name musically early on, which is probably just an extension of what they called themselves on the estates. However, there's no actual sources that officially link them or talk about how they used to call themselves 'Junction Boys' musically, so that interview probably isn't enough on its own to be added to the article. Madbrad200 (talk) 08:14, 13 November 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks: it's not a subject about which I know much, so your clarification is really helpful. All the best, ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 19:20, 26 November 2020 (UTC)
