[edit]RE: Check references - #19 and #20 are duplication Jbell69 (talk) 00:19, 10 May 2011 (UTC) Uncertain how to use the same reference more than once - editors help. I tried copy-pasting but that did not work.
- I can fix that. But for the rest of the citations, you should look at using
{{cite book}}
or{{cite journal}}
or similar templates. - UtherSRG (talk) 13:10, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
RE:It may need copy editing for grammar, style, cohesion, tone or spelling. Tagged since May 2011. The article was passed amongst several experts in the field who collectively have several hundred published papers. The comment is too vague to respond or to know how to address. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Perryhackett (talk • contribs) 02:16, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
- I'll remove the tag. - UtherSRG (talk) 13:10, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
RE: It may require general cleanup to meet Wikipedia's quality standards. See above, I hope there are experience Wiki users who will know how to translate this Wiki comment into specific English so the piece can be improved and put online.
- This looks mostly cleaned up now. I'll remove the tag. - UtherSRG (talk) 13:10, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
RE: Very few or no other articles link to it. Please help introduce links to this page from other articles related to it. Actually links to this were sprinkled in several sites regarding transposons and gene mapping, etc. They show up in red letters as an unidentified page. If I understand the process, the article has to be online before the references will dial in. Maybe not.
- Only one article links to this one, transposon. You should look to see if there are other appropriate articles to link this one from. - UtherSRG (talk) 13:10, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
BTW - This article is online and was online immediately after your initial save. If you wish to create articles "offline" and get them reviewed before they go live, you should check out articles for creation. Cheers! - UtherSRG (talk) 13:10, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
