[edit]that is set in 2032, Sylvester Stallone's character has to learn about the "Arnold Schwarzenegger Presidential Library", which was only possibly due to the fictitious 61st amendment been passed to make Austria-born Arnold eligible as POTUS due to his popularity in the US.
