[edit]What does the sentence about the Manitoba case have to do with the article? I would just try to make that section a little more clear on how these cases relate to the Walking with our Sisters project. You guys did a great job of keeping the article neutral and fact-based! I checked a few of your citations and they seem to match up nicely as well. I’m not sure if you talked about this in the article and I just missed it, but at the bottom in the symbolism section it would be great to add info about the partial moccasins made if you haven’t already. Great work, it looks awesome! Aradl284 (talk) 22:26, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
This article looks good everyone! I noticed that the connection between Sisters in Spirit and the N.W.A.C. was not clear until the “Campaign/ Initiative” heading. I think that adding the fact that these two campaigns are associated with each other will allow the first paragraph under the “Background” heading to have a better flow. The last paragraph under the title “Background” presents a lot of different facts. The links to the sources work well! However, this section seems out of place. Maybe adding a header or an opening sentence that explains that the following cases are examples of incidents involving missing and murdered Indigenous women in Canada will improve this section. Are these cases the same incidents that are discussed in the report by Amnesty and the N.W.A.C.? Otherwise, this is a nice draft! EricaRPGriffith (talk) 00:14, 6 March 2020 (UTC)
For starters, I am quite impressed your group decided to work on a topic that does not have a wikipedia page! I think you guys did a great job covering a sensitive topic that can stir up a lot of emotions, and covering it in a very neutral and informative way. I think the organization, headers, and writing flow all quite nicely, which is something I now feel my group can improve on. For a very small nitpick, i believe there is a hyphen missing for the number thirty-two listed under the "Background" heading. I checked some of your citations and they do lead to neutral content that you have summarized quite well in your draft, and the sheer amount of citations leaves me under the impression this would be considered as notable by Wikipedia's guidelines (I hope your final draft gets published!). I believe the addition of some images that correlate to the topics you address could be beneficial into bringing these issues to life and adding colour, which is something my group and I could also apply to our draft to improve it. Overall, for a first draft you guys have done a very good job and I can't to see your final draft. Apryo574 (talk) 20:41, 6 March 2020 (UTC)
