The section on London Stock Exchange - can the writer please cite a source? I am familiar with the industry but have not heard anything about a possible LSE-SGX tie-up. Apologies for the edit, can't find the button to add comments.

Someone had "insider information" about future results up here. That's illegal. I.e. either they have insider info and they're releasing it (which is illegal) or they don't and they're lying to try to "pump up" the stock (market manipulation --> also illegal)
