Monty Python reference

The last sentence of the article is "However, in that episode, the song was incorrectly referred to as the winning song (the winning song" - it's an incomplete sentence. Apparently "Sing, Little Birdie" wasn't the winning song, at least according to this sentence fragment, what was the winning song?
