Ethnic origin and self-belonging

[edit]

I think that there's an equal number of sources which describe him as Aromanian or Greek. It's not meaningful to debate ethnicity by counting sources in my opinion. Ethnically, he probably was Aromanian like 2/3 of Moscopole/Voskopojë, but it doesn't mean much in terms of actual self-perception as bibliography describes his life. Thus, I've contextualized the Boolean argument about his ethnicity with the sentence: Regardless of his ethnic origin, Sinas was part of the social-cultural Greek merchant class which maintained close relations with the newly founded Greek state of his era. I hope that solves all disputes.
