Currently only cited by the subject's CV, citation count is incredibly low so they don't pass WP:NSCHOLAR, and searches, while they turned up lots of hits, couldn't find any in-depth about this particular person with this name.

Simon Shen is one of the most well-known young political scientists in Hong Kong and Chinese-speaking regions. He is also very influential in online platforms.
