A few comments:
- As almost all American editors, you forget to instate 'United States' to establish context.
- If there is a two-step place or date, such as "Lawrence County, Ohio", or "April 1, 1965", remember to stick a comma afterwards (unless there is a period there).
- MOS says to not super-text "th".
- Personally I would not have re-linked "Republican" and "Kentucky Court of Appeals" in the text (since it is wikilinked in the lead), but I guess this could be optional.
- Personally I would have differentiated the two Klotter books by their year of publishing, not by title, in the notes—I must admit that I have never come across this that I can remember, but I do not read much American academic history literature.
- When using a dash to say "against", use an endash, not an emdash.
Congratulations with a good article. I fixed up all the small stuff I found. Otherwise a interesting, concise and well-written article. Arsenikk (talk) 20:38, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
