@Sagamore34: I think, even at the International Criminal Court, no one can enter office before being elected. She was elected Dec 2020. She can not have entered office as early as Feb 2020. Even more, in February of 2021, the resumed 19th session (I suppose under the lead of the "old" president O-Gon Kwon), elected the new prosecutor, Karim Ahmad Khan. See for instance the UN news source [1], saying "The President of the Assembly of States Parties, O-Gon Kwon, applauded Mr. Khan ... ". So I am sure, that even now she is not in office. @Himbeerbläuling: Thanks. It was a mistake. For your reference, please see: Assembly of States Parties concludes the second resumption of its nineteenth session. The second resumed 19th session concluded its work on 12 February 2021. The new Bureau, over which she presides, assumed office as of 13 February 2021 until the end of the Assembly of States Parties in December 2023.--Sagamore34 (talk) 03:59, 2 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
