Sikdar Aminul Haq (1942-2003) is a notable poet of Bangladesh who was active from early 60's to till his death. Sikdar is a recipient of Bangla Academy Award for his contribution in the field of Bangali Poetry in 1994. He is an author of 7 books of poetry, all that are notable and vastly read.
