More chapters

@Jax MN: Can you let the Archive know that I documented more chapters, especially the international chapters? Apparently, the chapter lists were completely different in the various editions of Baird's and did not carry forward inactive chapters. Rublamb (talk) 00:58, 6 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
