Infobox creation - Dalek?
[edit]I recently updated this article, which had oddly been languishing as a stub with no crest, no infobox and no references. Additional references would be very helpful. My sense is that because it is an independent group, not affiliated with the ACHS, it has missed some of the scrutiny provided to those many groups by Fraternity and Sorority Project participants here on Wikipedia, who would otherwise have improved the page.
Curiously, after uploading the crest, which I sampled for the correct color swatch hexcodes, I noticed that one of the symbols on the crest looks like a Dalek from Doctor Who. Can anyone enlighten us as to what this symbol really is? The organization, certainly, and its crest likely pre-date the British television show by almost five decades. - There was not an active Sigma Gamma Epsilon chapter where I studied geology, but I am an expert on Doctor Who. That is a Dalek.... Rublamb (talk) 02:52, 12 February 2023 (UTC)
- Not your run-of-the-mill Daleks, of course. No. But one of the hybrid Dalek-Time Lord versions, created by the Master. Looks like they met their end, though. Jax MN (talk) 19:18, 12 February 2023 (UTC)
