History
[edit]The History section has a couple of inaccuracies I'd like to point out.
- It suggests that SigmaPlot started as a Windows product; it did not, The product being described was SigmaPlot for Windows, which did come out on Win 3.1, but was preceded by just SigmaPlot (originally unadorned title, and ran on DOS, though later taking on the distinction SigmaPlot for DOS.) Early versions of the DOS interface were F-key driven, while later incarnations (SigmaPlot 4.0 and 5.0) emulated the menu-and-dialog GUI emerging as MAC and Windows standards. - The description is somewhat loose about what versions are being discussed; inferred parallelism implies 3.1 and 4.0 are referring to the same product's version chronology, when distinct products are relevant: the Windows versions, SigmaPlot's versions (to V5), and SigmaPlot for Windows' versions (restarting at V1).
