Date?

[edit]

According to the Sicilian Wars article, there was a siege of Syracuse in 397 BC, but there is no mention of any battle in 387 BC. Is the date wrong?--SkiDragon (talk) 05:00, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think you're right. There's also a mention of this siege on the 397 BC page, but none on the 387 BC page. It should probably be moved. Ems24 (talk) 19:38, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, I've moved it. If anyone has any objections, feel free to change it back. I'm not an expert on this subject. Ems24 (talk) 19:48, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Title

[edit]

It seems to me that title should be changed to "Siege of Syracuse (397 BC)", as the article almost exclusively refers to the event as a siege and not a battle. Ems24 (talk) 19:41, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
